Madara slipped away, welcoming the darkness with a small yet blissful smile playing on his lips.
Maybe now he could have that drink with Hashirama...
He woke up to his long-dead clan's medics fretting over him.

Summary
Have you ever imagined being "isekai-ed" before? As in; transported to another world? Well, not her. She was kinda too old to fantasize about that kind of shite. She was still, however, thrown (like garbage) into the world of Naruto... whilst transmigrated into the body of her game character, which, FYI, is the opposite gender and more than a little crazy in the head.

Summary
She remembered dying.
What she did not expect was, after what amounted to drowning in her own fluids at thirty-two years old, was instead of whatever made up the afterlife, she opened her eyes in a world both somehow familiar as well as altogether strange.
She’d been tired for a long time before she died. However she’d been granted a second life, she was never going to thank anyone for it, no matter how amazing or awful it ended up being. That said, if she ever met the reason she was sucked into the Naruto ‘verse, there would be much shin-kicking to be done.

Summary
Shikamaru’s never felt chakra so vibrant and warm before.
The log that Naruto’s been punching shatters clean apart, reduced to little more than splinters under the devastating force of his chakra enhanced blow.
Shocked and more than a bit startled, Shikamaru wheezes loudly, the sound carrying across the clearing and causing Naruto to abruptly turn and look in his direction.
And in that single moment Shikamaru is lost.

Summary
"She's at that age when a girl only has one thing on her mind." Shikaku smirks, an amused twinkle in his eyes.
"Boys?" Elder Koharu asks, a slight sneer on her face.
"Revolution." Chiyuki bluntly answers, and the silence that follows is deafening.
Or; being the Third Hokage's daughter has the added bonus of having a front seat to all the dirt that goes on behind the scenes. But that's okay, she'll tear Konoha down and rebuild it from scratch, if she has to.

Summary
There are some things a seven-year-old psyche is not ready to endure. An S-ranked torture technique preformed by a traumatized thirteen-year-old is one of those things. Sasuke doesn’t enjoy hallucinating memories of his murdered family day in and day out, but he’s learned to be philosophical about such things. It’s everything else that’s the problem, really.

Bookmarker's Notes
Orochimaru-sama keeps his promise, which is something Sasuke has come to not only expect but rely on. For a villain, Orochimaru-sama has come closest to what the books had told him a reliable adult is.
________________________________
Best try to never call Orochimaru-sama a pimp to his face. It might horrify him, which means extra torture disguised as physical conditioning, but it also might amuse him, which means he will lean into the role with everything he has. With his looks and his fondness towards performative creepiness, he would make a devastatingly good pimp.
________________________________Shizune-san chokes on a laugh, but the adults are not as amused as all that. Well—Orochimaru-sama is amused, but hiding it. He’s pretending to be something other than an agent of pure chaos. It’s a fair attempt, if doomed at the start. There is only so much Orochimaru-sama can do to mask the glint in his eyes that hints at orange stripes in an otherwise tiger-less jungle.

Summary
Being born as the fifth child of the once prosperous Tsunemori family has never been easy for Honōka. Throw in the fact that she was Tachibana Tomoe first, a troubled girl from Tokyo who grew up in the 90s, and you have a recipe for disaster.
Having struggled with social cues even as Tomoe, being stuck in the infant body of Tsunemori Honōka does not help her case. As the only dark-haired child born to fair-haired parents, Honōka faces hostility, uncertainty, and abuse from the members of her new family.
A child that does not resemble their parents is, as they say, the child of an oni.

Summary
In a twist of grand irony, the unassuming little girl who learned to weave her chakra into flowers and saplings would be the one to send the whole forest crashing down.
All would be uprooted, and all because of a single girl's discovery of a power that they'd never thought could be hers.
In the end, perhaps only the girl would be left standing tall. Perhaps she'd be cut down too. Perhaps she'd resolve to start a forest all her own.
Only time would tell.
Alternatively: Feeling weak and afraid after Wave, Sakura stumbles upon a way to use Mokuton. Without a bloodline. Without any gene mutations. Self-taught. Konoha is flipped on its head, and there are many, many questions to be asked in the face of a little girl doing the "impossible".

Summary
Itachi dies - both times- as he lived: trying to help Sasuke and falling horrifically short, while further traumatizing the poor boy in the process. His last thought as he is sealed away is that he had never done right by the person that is, in all the ways that matter, the center of his universe.
Then, he wakes up, cradled in his mother's arms, looking at the blurry faces of his parents, as Fugaku proudly names him Itachi.
He screams.

Bookmarker's Notes
Kushina almost successfully bites down a snort, and it comes out as a strangled hedgehog sneeze. Fugaku closes his eyes for half a moment, biting his cheek. Must. Not. Laugh. He pastes his blandest smile on his face and decidedly doesn’t look at the redhead. A muscle spasms in Mikoto’s jaw, and he throws her a faintly despairing look. If she starts laughing, that’s it. If Mikoto starts with her roaring walrus-laugh he is fucked.
His look doesn't register because her features locked in a stony mask of concentration, and he breathes a faint sigh of relief. Saved.
