Summary
When Peter Parker ends up in Gotham City, a world straight out of a comic book, only to find out that he’s the one who’s a comic book character, he decides to lay low. Don’t be a hero. Just create a new civilian identity as Peter Anthony Mayson and live.
And it works. Until one day he somehow catches Red Hood’s attention and Jason Todd-Wayne crashes his way into his mundane life, leaving cracks in Peter’s fragile mask of normality.

Summary
After the world forgot him, Peter kept fighting. He was Spider-Man after all. But as the villains get worse and the heroes dwindle, Peter finally grows tired. Hasn't he done his time? He's never once shirked the responsibility forced upon him. Never once has he put himself first.
Eventually, the straw breaks the camel's back. Peter finally hangs up the cape.
Unfortunately the universe seems to disagree. When Peter wakes up in Gotham he knows he should probably find a way home. But what's the point? Normal people don't find their way home across the multiverse, and Peter is normal now. He refuses to be anything else.
So why do unfamiliar heroes keep ending up on his doorstep? And can he really turn them away?

In which Peter Parker just wants to retire but instead he becomes a mentor for young dcu heroes and his home becomes a vigilante halfway house

Summary
Loss, much like power or responsibility, is a defining word in Peter Parker's life. His parents, his uncle, his first love, his best friends, all of them lost to him. Each one shaping him into the hero he was meant to be. But there was still one thing he wasn't prepared to lose; himself.
After a mission goes wrong, Peter is ripped from his home dimension and shot somewhere else entirely. With nothing but his costume and a heavy dose of nausea, he lands in a city called Gotham where he is greeted with a myriad of questions. Questions like: Who is Batman? What is the Justice League?? How does he get home??? And why are there so many blimps????
With no choice but to move forward, Peter must adjust to a new life on another Earth while attempting to wrestle with the very real threat he may be lost from his home world forever.
Miles Morales, has questions of his own, namely: Is Peter alive? Where did he go?? And how does he convince Reed Richards to help look for him???
Universes of my own creation with hybrid canons of mostly comic/TV inspirations with a freshly 20 year old Peter Parker and an early(ish) Batfamily.

“You're not from Gotham, are you?” Red Hood- and really that's a terrible name, he's wearing a helmet not a hood- finally provides what Peter assumes is the name of the city. Peter shrugs. “Here's some advice then, get out and go home.”

Summary
The Riddler halts. Pauses.
“What the fuck, dude?” He finally exclaims, breaking all melodramatic pretenses and slamming his hands down on the table, “Either listen to the goddamn riddle or let me kill you so we can get this exchange over with!”
Peter nods, “Sorry, sorry, my bad on that one. I finally remembered the word I was thinking of. Here, let’s make a deal this time - cross my heart I’ll keep it - so if I can’t solve your riddle you get to…” Peter gestures, leaving it open ended, and the Riddler seems to perk up.
“Kill you in a blaze of glory,” he finishes, primly, and the melodrama returns as he crosses his legs and re-steeples his hands, “And if you win? I must be fair, after all.”
“Uhh… would you mind telling me where I am?”
OR
Peter's greatest enemy is time management and also maybe the hoard of superheroes that are crawling all over Gotham.
(The Amazing Spider-Man version of Peter Parker - don't have to watch the movies to understand, but there are references to the films.)

Peter couldn’t stop coughing up dust.
Which, honestly, was not the best thing to happen to you when you wake up in an alleyway.
It wasn’t even, like, normal dust like that time he got buried alive under a building and he threw up dusty vomit. It was straight up gray dust that he’s like 87% sure used to be his internal organs. The whole snap and dust that Thanos had done seemed to have some real weird side effects.
AKA
Peter Parker in Gotham but the little shit is more focused on how he might now be immortal and how New Jersey sucks ass to remember other important details like survival skills, a living parent, or that he's half his usual height

"So you're just having a nap under the building that fell on you?!" Nightwing asked the head of curly brown hair sticking out from the rubble.
"Yeah. It's a nice blanket. Now shut up. You're interrupting my sleep." The kid pulled a brick from next to him, and placed it over his head- dismissing the vigilante.Or!!
The one in which Peter becomes Gotham's mum. Because he has nothing better to do.

Summary
“Sorry,” Duke says softly, looking up through his lashes. He doesn’t sound sorry at all.
Peter wants to scream, wants to laugh, wants to just bury his face into something and hide from his own embarrassing feelings. But all he manages is a half-hearted shrug and a muttered, “S’cool. Phone survived, mission accomplished.”
Duke smiles at him again—slowly, gently, dangerously.
“Yeah. Mission accomplished.”
Peter looks away quickly, eyes wide, panic rising. He’s officially screwed. Irreparably, undeniably screwed.
Because now he’s thinking that maybe, just maybe, Duke Thomas might like him back.

Summary
He needed Peter.
So he followed him. Quietly. Carefully. Religiously.
He mapped Peter’s class schedule in his head. Memorized his grocery list. Noted the exact way his fingers scratched behind his ear when he was deep in thought, the way he hummed low and off-key when he didn’t think anyone could hear. Tim knew he liked the rain, that he always paused for it. Knew he hated silence — filled it with podcasts, music, half-spoken thoughts, anything to keep it away.
He didn’t expect Peter to notice. He certainly didn’t expect Peter to turn around one night — high above the city, where the air was thinner and the noise finally died down — and look him dead in the eyes.
“You know,” Peter said, one eyebrow raised, “most people would just ask for my number.”
And just like that, the watcher became the watched.
