“Nope,” Buck says, popping the ‘p’. “You didn’t even look at me, really.”
Eddie huffs a noise that sounds suspiciously like a laugh. “I didn’t look at you?”
“Don’t laugh.”
“I’m not,” Eddie denies, but he has one of those stupid smiles on his lips. “Hey, I’m not. I’m just– I’m pretty sure I looked at you, Buck.”
