Years passed since Charles and Erik broke it off. For Charles, it should've been more than long enough to move on, and he did... Until he decides to do an interview about his cat. The same cat that, at some point, had been the only reason they were still dating. The whole ordeal goes about as well and Erik-free as you'd expect.
