Summary
Equals is the second installment of a reimagining of the whole Star Wars saga in my personal politicised way. "Odd" behaviours from the canon characters are to be expected. There are plenty of original characters and a timeline for your convenience. I put a lot of love into it, it has been a LOT OF work too, so I hope you like it!
Ben Solo survived Palpatine's last stand. Just as he, Rey and Finn started raising a new generation of Jedi, phantoms of the past turned him and Rey to the Dark Side. Since his past lover Tianka Soer, heir to none other than Darth Bane, helped them unlock the power of the Dyad, the Galaxy is in great danger. Finn, now a full-fledged Jedi Knight, frantically searches for new potential Jedi in order to defeat the resurrected Kylo Ren and his former best friend. A stroke of luck or of destiny presents to him Hansa Dabiko and Detearaan Feleaeon, who might be or might not be Rey and Kylo's equals in the Light...
Contains original Knights of Ren characters. Does not contain Rose Tico or Zorii Bliss.

Not long ago, Kylo Ren wanted Rey to turn to the dark side of the force and rule by his side as his visions showed him. But now that this is a possibility, he's discovering that as a dark side user, Rey doesn't want to be by his side. She was destined to be a Sith and to do so she needed to kill him.
It seems that history repeats itself. Skywalker is a fool in love, Palpatine is a manipulative greedy.
But maybe Ben Solo and Rey Nobody can still change everything. -

He decides he needs a port-call and that means that the stormtroopers are allowed one, too, although Kylo can hardly imagine they would manage to scrounge up any entertainment in the barren sands of Jakku.
