Summary
MC12 released last year and since it's drop on Madness Day 2024 I've speculated just what would happen. MC13 is said to be the final episode (not including shorts) so surely it'd be down to the wire. Summary
Immediately taking place during the last moments of and after Madness Combat episode 12. Deimos discovers a blinded Sanford, and Doc realizes he may be targeted by The Auditor. Doc tells them to not come back, and Deimos decides to try and fix Sanford's sight. Communication between the two is difficult, as Deimos can't speak verbally, and Sanford can't see his sign language. Deimos can't properly convey his feelings while Sanford laments letting Deimos die.

Deimos knows the kind of job he signed up for. In a world like this, you don't get to live to old age. To cope with it all, Deimos has a personal motto: ride high and die young. If the constant smoking doesn't kill him, the other infection in his lungs will. And no, he's not talking about cancer. It's his own personal secret, covered up by the fumes. If anyone found out about it they'd think him weak, or remove the issue all together.
As grim as it seems, it's just something he refuses to let go of. He'll crawl out of hell as many times as it takes to see who the flowers are for again.
