And yet he could feel his facade wearily crack, crack, cracking, all because of him stupidly underestimating his suspicions. Now, both he and his teammate, Phrixus, were facing the consequences.
Or: Winsweep and Nox don’t have the best of times. Winsweep deals with it far worse than Nox does.
