It really drives home the fact that as much as he’ll glare at Ramuda, snap at him to get out of his office, tell him that his chair isn’t meant to hold two people—Jakurai needs this, needs Ramuda, and no amount of token protest can erase the way Jakurai melts into his hands and words.
