Stanford and Stanley Pines never expected their anomaly detector to point towards the town of Gravesfield, Connecticut, but since their 13-year-old niece and nephew were staying with the brothers again this summer, the family figured it would make for a nice adventure. After all, nothing too crazy could happen in a typical American town, right?
Girlfriends Anne and Marcy moved with their BFF Sasha to the town of Gravesfield, where Sasha gets a new therapy job and Anne is running an amphibian exhibit in a nearby aquarium. Sasha’s newest patient, however, is a boy named Hunter Noceda, with pointed ears and a scarred body.
After her mom officially adopted Hunter and the rebuilding process on the Isles was finally getting somewhere, Luz thought things were back to a routine. But when Hunter’s new therapist turns out to know more than expected about other dimensions and town rumors spread about a six-fingered man hunting for anomalies, everything gets weird again.
Three worlds collide, but in the confusion and possibility for friendship lurks the danger of past memories being dredged up, information falling into the wrong hands, and worst of all, a certain triangle god bringing back two other villains with him.

The demon is currently contained in Gravity Falls and is demanding Ford give him an equation to release him. He told himself he wouldn't do it, that no matter what torture Bill put him through he would remain strong.
Ford is now working on releasing Bill, because he can't allow Cipher to hurt his brother more than he already has. -

In a moment of quick thinking, Ford Pines has tricked Bill into a deal that protects his family from Bill's wrath. Stan Pines tries to balance keeping it together for the kids, protecting a hostage Ford, and beating Bill at his mind games.
As for Bill Cipher, well, the demon can't for the life of him figure why everyone thinks he's actually in love with his former science partner. It's a joke, guys!

Summary
Stanford and Stanley Pines, freshly sixteen, are flung forward into 1983 after fighting over a half-broken time tape that neither of them wanted to be fighting over. The blue flames engulfed both of their hands. Just as it was painless many years ago, the fire didn’t hurt here either. Ford even caught himself relaxing for an instant at the familiar warmth that used to fill him with joy. Although blue used to depict the highest temperature fire could have, Bill’s blazes felt like letting your skin bathe in the sun’s light in the month of July. A solar warmth, almost… divine. He felt a familiar thrill of electricity coursing through his veins. The deal was sealed.

A young Stanford moves out of Oregon and tries to live a normal life, the only difference now is that he has a daughter. And he's doing a pretty good job at it, that is.
