I will normally make the family tree as:
Joestar siblings: Jonathan, Joseph, Johnny, Giorno
Kujo siblings: Jotaro, Jolyne
Higashikata siblings: Josuke and Gappy
Where Kujo and Higashikata has their mother a Joestar.
I might even make Jonathan and Dio as fathers to Giorno but having Joseph and Johnny as brothers, making Giorno their nephews and make Jotaro fathers Jolyne.- Words:

Summary
Giorno studied his father's features. He looked roughly the same as he did in the film photographs the Speedwagon Foundation had mailed him months ago. Except, that wasn't entirely true. The victorian-esque attire was the same, but the eyes were… brighter— kinder. As though the man had finally reached peace.
Jonathan seemed to guess his intent. "As you live longer, your soul takes on a heavier and heavier burden. In that sense, what comes next is a blessing."
"Is that you inviting me to kill myself? To finish what many couldn’t?"
"Oh, Giorno, It’s only a saying: never get old," Jonathan chuckled sadly. "Besides, you still have a lot of life left to live."
Giorno Giovanna was treading a dark path. Alone on Christmas Eve, the young Don considers using his most prized possession on himself— a stone mask sealed with the promise of liberation from a humanity he loathes.
To save the teen from a destiny that was never his own, he is visited by the ghosts of the eldest Joestars whom offer their wisdom to in hopes to help him come to terms with his past, present, and future— and what the Joestar legacy means to him.

Summary
On a cold December night in 1888, the son of Dio Brando is born. When Robert E.O speed wagon decided to watch that child from afar to prevent another Dio, he most definitely didn't think he'd be taking in the child's son over 50 years later.
With the grandson of Dio, Giorno, now under this foundations care, a lot would change. Not only for Giorno, but for the Joestars. Starting off with Joseph practically gaining a clingy younger brother over night.
