Summary
Gregory frees Vanessa from the virus inside the Pizzaplex, unaware the it was placed there intentionally by Vault-Tec. Meanwhile Micheal returns to Hurricane after failing to locate Henry after burning down Fazbear's Fright many years ago, only to find the Pizzaplex. Before he could investigate its acquisition by Vault-Tec, the changing world he ignored erupted in nuclear fire on October 23rd, 2077. His path to find Vault-Tec makes him a catalyst for major events in the wasteland.
This won't just be Mike focused as we see this story unfold from other people, whether FNAF or Fallout related.

She’d come to the conclusion that this was going to go either one of two ways: She would find the chip. She’d be a hero and would return to the vault and live out the rest of her days warm and safe in the knowledge that she’d saved their home. Or, and this was in her most honest, reasonable opinion the much more likely option, she would die in the next few days, her home would succumb to thirst, her corpse would be scattered across the wasteland, and she would be forgotten whilst the wildlife picked at her bones.
Either, or.

Summary
Vault 13 was one of many Vaults crafted with a distinct purpose but there were other tasks that it was given.
A secondary goal that it was also given last minute by one of the staff of Vault-Tec, introduction of the genetically modified humans spliced with animal DNA that they had been developing to ensure that their produce was good for health. Thus, they became the tools of the Vault Dwellers decked out in black gold trimmed Vault-Tec suits to signify their place in the hierarchy. Nicknamed VaultMeats or VMs for short.
These test subjects had long since been bred to perfection and with them, Vault 13 had many years of affluent living that almost came close to the joys when the Americas bloomed in full force. But the control experiment came regardless as their water purifiers ran out and thus, instead of sending one of their pure humans out into the wasteland above that could pose a danger to them, one of these VM was selected, a Human-Heifer hybrid.
And along her journey, she shall meet other people who were used for the glory of humanity being transformed into things that have irrevocably ruined their lives and pIned them for years to come.
