In reaction to Ser Harwin and Lord Lyonel Strongs' deaths at Harrenhal, Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen decides to be a little more politically active and arranges a marriage between her only daughter and young Kermit Tully, great-grandson of Lord Grover Tully and eventual Lord of Riverrun, with the implicit suggestion that, in return, the Tullys and their banners would flock to her support should the unimaginable happen.
Which would be fine, as far as Valaena Velaryon was concerned. If only a certain Blackwood wasn't so damned irritating and didn't take up so much space in her head...
OR:
Valaena Velaryon is betrothed to Kermit Tully. The heart wants what it wants, however, and what it wants is not necessarily a politically wise move.

That day changes Yoren and shows him a new form of loyalty.
This fanfiction follows the events of the show, up until the end of S1, adding some few elements from S2 and some of my own ideas. And also the dates are trying to be as much similar to the books as they can. I'm mostly trying to use the book as the main source.
Short summary: Rhaenyra is named heir in early 107 AC, Aegon is born in late 108 AC. Events of episode 3-4 happen in late 111 AC to early 113 AC.

Dorne is ruled by Prince Mordyn Martell and with his ruthless and deadly sister, Princess Nysara, as Dorne's champion.For a long time, I have been interested in writing a story set in Daeron's Conquest of Dorne.
And then, despite not finding any fics online to help give me some inspiration, I sought to write one, starting from the beginning of Daeron's reign.Because of the fact that there is little source material as there would be in the storylines of GOT, HOTD or Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, it became challenging to write, especially with very few fics online detailing the Conquest, and the rebellion that followed, in great detail.
Which made it all the more fun to plan and write, especially to connect certain storylines together in this. -
