Summary
An AU based on the American and French Revolutions and a late 18th Century aesthetic. FemHawke/Anders is the main ship, but all listed ones are important.
When Ferelden won its independence, rebuilding took an unexpected turn. Maric truly didn’t want to be king, so he urged the people to vote for General Loghain Mac Tir to lead a Republic. Now, as Ferelden faces a Blight, most of Thedas expects its radical experiment to fail against that threat. Ferelden faces attacks from both the outside and, unfortunately, the inside.
Meanwhile, in Kirkwall, nobles and the Chantry still oppress the people. But a group of would-be rebels have taken inspiration from Ferelden. They include a physician/apothecary who writes radical pamphlets and is secretly a mage, a fierce elven scholar trying to raise the Alienage, the son of a viscount killed by the Templars, and others. Maric, his elven wife, and their son travel there to help.
The three Hawke siblings join the fight, finding purpose, friendship, and love. But it soon becomes clear that the Revolution faces profound challenges....

Summary
He knew he wasn’t much to look at any more. He’d been a vain little peacock in his youth, priding himself on his lithe body and soft hair, trading favours for little things that he could wear to feel... handsome. Attractive. Wanted. It wasn’t that he wanted Tobias to want him - Tobias could choke for all he cared. But he missed being someone people could want.
-
Anders played dangerous games in the circle tower, flirting with templars and mages alike, trading favours for whatever leniency or kindness he could get. Running into someone he remembers less than fondly from those days brings some complicated feelings to the surface. Fenris intervenes, and uncovers some complicated feelings of his own. -

Nathaniel finds Anders utterly annoying - he sleeps in Nathaniel's bed unprompted, makes terrible jokes and flirts with anything that moves. Nathaniel would never in a million years like this man. Or kiss him. Or bring him apple pie so he eats enough. Never.

Summary
Redcliffe is the stronghold of the rebel mages, though calling it a stronghold is a bit optimistic. Tevinter has somehow infiltrated Ferelden, and Fiona is missing. The Inquisition is running amok across Thedas, and might very well have kidnapped an old friend.
Could anyone really expect Anders not to get involved?

Summary
A dystopian AU influenced by the Cold War and Iron Curtain. Also, rebel mages with guns. And desperate revolutionaries in love. Enjoy!
By the Fourteenth Age, Thedas is a different place. Democracy and religious freedom reign in the Free World. But unfortunately, there's another part of Thedas that is not free: the authoritarian states in the Marcher Pact.
The secularization of the Templars did not mean the end of mage persecution there. It's just conducted by the state, and it's far worse than the Circles were. In Marcher Pact states, death squads relentlessly hunt down mages.
There was no mage rebellion in the Dragon Age, after all. Hawke and Anders wouldn't be born until 500 years later. They are doing everything they can to get Kirkwall mages to free countries, but they also intend to start a revolution. And since each day could be their last, they make every private moment count.

Summary
It is Dragon 9:37, and war has begun. For two years the mage Viscountess of Kirkwall, Caitlyn Hawke, fought violence and obstruction as she expanded mage rights. But at last she and her husband Anders assassinated Meredith Stannard and declared the Kirkwall Circle independent, inspiring more Circle rebellions. Now the chantries of the northern Free Marches have declared a schism due to Divine Justinia’s support of Hawke, with former Grand Cleric Elthina as its “Divine.” Justinia cannot help, as the Templars and Seekers who aren’t joining the schism only care about keeping the other Circles in line. Caitlyn, Anders, the rebels, and their allies must fight the war alone.
Challenges arise at home too. With an ambitious anti-war Coterie boss undermining Caitlyn from one side, mage supremacists from the other, and Grand Cleric Petrice urging Caitlyn to deal with foes ruthlessly, she is tempted more than ever to be a despot. Anders wants to help her keep to the light... but by 9:39, he has his own struggle, a dark voice that will not let him or Justice alone.
(Canon-divergent Mage-Templar War that’s still mostly compatible with Asunder. Reading Parts 1 and 2 of the Spells series is advised.)

Summary
Caitlyn Hawke and Anders have big plans. With noble support and a useful, if corrupt, ally in Mother Petrice, Hawke intends to use the Qunari crisis to get Grand Cleric Elthina replaced with her own ally. She also has a certain big ambition of her own and a list of goals: limit Meredith Stannard’s influence, reform Kirkwall’s Circle, spark reform everywhere, and get the backing of Divine Justinia to safeguard her position as a mage ruler and protect her and Anders’ mage son from being taken away. But Meredith also has allies and is not ceding power without a fight—a very dirty and bloody one if necessary, one that challenges Caitlyn not to become a tyrant too.
Meanwhile, Anders doesn’t think Caitlyn goes far enough with her reforms, and he—or perhaps Justice—also thinks she risks failure by playing by traditional political rules against a foe who thinks she is above rules. Meredith had a previous Viscount killed, after all....
