    Hermione Granger has been trying to get over the events of the Second Wizarding War. It devastated her, Ron had left her for Lavender Brown when she had turned up after the carnage of the final battle, not dead. Hermione was very broken, she still had her friends Harry Potter, Draco, Ginny, Neville, Luna, etc...But there was now a hole in her heart. She would never be the same after that. Hermione doesn't remember the man named Loki who had been best friends with her since she was 11 years old. They had grown considerably close until he had to erase all of her memories of him before his attack on New York. Hermione is chosen to go to Asgard after The Attack on New York, to stay there for a whole year. What happens when she begins to love living in Asgard more than England? What happens when a dark shadow begins to settle over Asgard? What happens when she starts falling for Loki all over again? Will Loki change his ways, or will he stay the monster he thinks he is?     The people covered in rags started to advance towards him and he hurriedly got to his feet stumbling over trash in the process. He regained his footing and looked up at the sky.

    "Heimdall! Bring me back!" He let out a frustrated grunt as he got no response.

    Getting back to that task at hand, looking around at the enemies coming in to close for comfort he was about to reach for his seidr when a ship landed in front of them. The hatch opened and a woman dressed in black armor with white markings over her forehead stepped out. Her hair pull back from her face and a fierce look on her face.

    Before he could bring out his daggers to throw at the new enemy, She quickly threw something at him and it latched onto his neck piercing through his skin.

    He threw a hand on the device to feel what it was, the woman pressed a button on a device and in an instant his body began convulsing as he fell down on his knees. Painful electric charges charged within him as he looked up at the woman as she smirked and clicked her wrists together and charged up her ships blasters shooting the people covered in rags away.

Just knowing Loki was rotting away in chains far away on Asgard was good enough for him.

    Apparently, though, it wasn't good enough for Odin.

    But just because the devious God of Mischief now loomed beneath the roof of Avengers Tower, brooding miserably in his cell, didn't mean that Tony actually had to acknowledge him and talk to him, did it?

    Loki's plans to drop Odin in a home for the elderly unfortunately get interrupted by Thor. During the ensuing fight, a magical artifact gets broken that wipes out Thor's memory of the past 300 years. Confused and disoriented, Thor battles the arriving Avengers and threatens to slaughter innocent mortals to the dozens as well. But Loki, afraid of alerting Heimdall to what was happening, persuades Thor to go with the Avengers peacefully. Thor agrees, but he naturally assumes that Loki would be part of the group as well, because -of course- Loki would always follow where Thor went, right?

    So now the Avengers and Loki are stuck pretending Loki is also part of the group until Thor’s memories return. A totally simple plan with zero chance of anything going wrong. Really. Well, at least that's what Loki's trying to tell himself.
