So, the general idea of this fanfic is that Chara never commits suicide and because of it they are still alive when the other humans come to the Underground.
They still hate humanity, but nevertheless aren't willing to commit suicide as they don't wish to leave their family behind, even if that selfishness means Monsters remain trapped in the Underground.
Then four years into their era the second of the eight humans arrives to the Underground, the one who arrived didn't trust Monsters and had in fact come to confirm whether the first human was dead, the fact that they weren't may be the only reason some peaceful resolution can be attained one day...unlikely, however.

This the story of Kingdomtale, an au I created that's essentially Undertale if it took place in the medieval century. It's not historically accurate but it's my take on this popular concept. I have already posted a series for this au but have grown dissatisfied with it. I know I can write something better. This is the new and improved Kingdomtale, and it's going to come back even stronger and better than before. My hope is that this story can feel nostalgic in a way, like you are experiencing Undertale all over again for the first time.
Here is just a quick snippet of the plot: The year is 15XX, and another human has fallen down Mount Ebott. This human is no more than a child, having woken up in a bed of golden flowers. How did they get there? They'll soon discover a world of monsters, magic, and much more. Can one human child bring peace between two different races that have been forced to share one Kingdom? Well, you'll just have to read to see if the story is still as you remember it.

ECHOFALLS is an Undertale AU based off of UNDERFELL and the ORIGINAL FLOWERFELL. if you don't know FlowerFell is actually not a FRANS AU and was taken down because people didn't want to do all the work that I am doing and create a new AU with its own story and have its own ending and its own lesson to get what they want and instead decided to just change a little of the story and make Sans (someone in his 20s or 30s) date Frisks (who in the story was at most a teen but probably still 10). Why I don't know maybe they have a competition with Sans or something. I however feel that is horrible and wrong and I want the creator to know that their story is still theirs and hopefully bring the original back.
The ECHOFALLS AU is an AU where two twin girls fall down a Chasm and wake up in the underground at different times. Both of which change the underground forever. Every time either of them dies a blue echo flower grows on them and has an echo of the last thing that was said right before they died if someone interacts with them. We start with one but end with another, will they be free or will they remain underground in eternal silence and slumber forgotten by the Humans above. -
