“Then it’s decided!” Gallantmon’s voice declared. “Magnamon shall be our champion!”
The sole Armor digimon’s shoulder pads sprung from their relaxed position, hanging over the outside of his arms, to pointing directly out, while his jaw would have hit the floor if not for his helm. “Wait, what?!”
(Or I went "What if Veemon met Davis on a quest as Magnamon" and it snowballed from there.)

Things do not take a drastic turn or change dramatically from how Cyber Sleuth was, but the most critical changes are within Nokia Shiramine, how she is treated in some scenes, how she's viewed in some ways, and how she is with Aiba Takumi, from their second meeting all the way until the original post canon story.

(English is not my mother tongue, so expect some grammar errors and the such.)
Canon Divergence - Yggdrasil was completely destroyed after the Battle with Marcus and Agumon.
Yet, it wasn't. When it got destroyed, tiny fractions of its power shot all across the worlds, creating tiny seeds which will grow into new World trees. Only that one of the fractions hit a human instead.
Now this human female has to worry about even more things. Her overprotective Digimon mother, who won't tell her where her biological parents are, getting accustomed to the Digital World, and her excessive crush on one of the Royal Knights.
And now she also has to replace Yggdrasil, unable to escape her feelings for the Knight in white armor any longer.
