See, Hawai'i doesn't get out much, being an island, and Alaska, as much as she loves him, is sort of like a moose with anxiety, and Maine is also much like that, which is probably why they get on so well, but...well, the gist is, it appears there is not so much as one social skill to go around here. No one has said a word since the first basic introductions. They've been sitting in complete silence for the past five minutes, and if it goes on much longer Hawai'i is considering setting herself on fire just to provide an interesting topic of conversation.

For any other couple, the whole standing over the edge of the bed gazing at your partner sleeping would be very, very odd behavior. Maine and Alaska prided themselves on not being much like other couples- though to be truthful, a shocking amount of their day was spent scheming together in that vry bed. Another thing that would make the murder a pain- they'd probably have to have a day with no bedtime, the blood wouldn't be a fast cleanup.
