Summary
Dipper Pines is a young man plagued with increasingly vivid nightmares that blur the line between dream and reality.
After a particularly violent incident, Dipper is sent to stay with his Great Uncle—a mysterious man with a blind eye and six fingers on each hand—who warns Dipper about a curse that has haunted the Pines family for generations.
But when Dipper meets the entity that haunts him—a charming demon named Bill Cipher—Dipper finds himself questioning everything his Great Uncle Ford said. After all, it was he who told Dipper to trust no one.

Summary
“I’m an immortal, omnipresent being of energy who can bend the very fabric of reality at the snap of a finger, who’s, frankly, insulted that you think I can’t steal a glass of champagne from across the room without you noticing,” Bill condemned, sipping his drink some more. “And you’re marrying me eventually, which makes Shooting Star correct in her proclamation.”
{in which there's a wedding, a dream demon and some champagne}

Summary
When the Pines twins arrive at college, everything starts to go to shit.
They cant share a room, Dippers roommate is a bag of dicks, classes are impossible and there's enough drama to fill a whole season of reality TV.
But not everything was bad. They both had tentative relationships, somewhat of a stable foundation, and personal drama enough to make any celebrity jealous - all you could ever want, really.
