Summary
There are few things that get under Bruce’s skin and make him lose him composure. There are his kids. There are the time in which he can’t solve a crime or problem. There are the young heroes joining their team that avoid him or just can’t speak to him directly. There is that one reporter from Metropolis who never let his Brucie Wayne persona get the upper hand. And there is Superman.
Or Bruce’s plans to defeat Superman all seem to turn against him.
Or at least five times Superman drove Bruce crazy and one time that he was (almost) okay with it.
Or Bruce thinks Superman is teasing him, but the man is just madly in love and gets nervous.

Bruce accidentally sends Clark twenty roses after he receives a prestigious journalism award. This could mean nothing. Lois insists otherwise.
Emboldened by the gesture, Clark starts expressing his feelings for Bruce in little ways. Testing the waters.
Bruce, warmed by Clark's sudden attention, vows to be a better friend. He starts going out of the way for Clark.Bruce has always had a little trouble with feelings. Clark understands why he would struggle to express something in words. That's okay. Clark doesn't need it to be said out loud. They can show their love for each other through their actions. Bruce seems to be uncomfortable with physical affection too, but Clark is willing to wait on that too. He'll go as slow as Bruce needs to. He just didn't think it'd be this slow.

John Dory is trying his best to be there for his brothers and adapt through all their changes. If only they would let him. If only they would accept that he’s changed as well. Like how he’s older and not that perfect obsessed troll anymore. Like having a husband who was also a bounty hunter.

The cowl was little more than shreds held together by aspirations and a prayer. Which shouldn't have been that bad if not for the fact that this was the backup—this was the second cowl to suffer this fate on that day.
Bruce stared at the two halves of the last cowl he had had in storage on the Watchtower in disgruntlement. This would not be an issue if he were in the cave–where he had plenty of replacements. Which didn't help the fact that the cowl in his hands was unsalvageable.

After his cowl breaks in a fight Bruce is forced to attend the debriefing with a domino mask instead. He comes to regret it.

Bruce is having a hard time connecting with people and when the feeling of being unwanted and disliked by the other members of the League gets a bit too much for him to handle, he turns towards coffee for comfort, except before he can make himself a cup he discoveres that someone has already made his favourite coffee for him, alongside it they've left a note, a sticky note.
Bruce is terrified of just how much the note ends up impacting him, and is more than pleasantly surprised to learn that it is only the first of many.. -
