I always like the whole main character demolishing world order kind of story, so I figured I'd give it a try. Think Chaos story with far less Chaos and (hopefully) reasonable characters. Pretty much Percy makes the gods really mad (a lot of them aren't his friends anyway) so he becomes a fugitive with Annabeth as they have to hide away from the legions of gods and demigods out to kill them. Along with Brianna Connors and a group of demi-gods, as they must deliver a duffle bag that holds an ancient being capable of reshaping the world.
The more that they travel across America, the more the puzzle of why they are doing this quest appears. But Ezra doesn’t have time to think about the world ending or whoever The Child of Dreams is, he has an elder being of the universe to deliver.
