Summary
There were many things the Black Dragonflight had to concern itself with.
They still had a charge to aid in protecting Azeroth. There was the war against the Primalists. There was still some tension with the other flights. Their own flight was still small, considering they only had one brood left. Two of their own members hadn't even really been raised as dragons or accustomed to their own culture...
Needless to say, they had their work cut out for them.
AKA a One Shot Collection on our favorite trio of black dragons plus others within the flight as they navigate how the hell any of this is gonna work.

Welcome, welcome to this collection of one shots, explorations of tired tropes in new fresh (hopefully) ways and some what ifs that didn't make it in to my main fick Tattered Wings and Burning Hearths. I plan to threat this as a side project to streach my writing wings a little bit. There will be many ships that I want to write about here but I got to start with my faves.

But it seems that desperation has made him blind to certain changes until it’s too late. Nozdormu will teach him the cost of such mistakes…

These ‘WarCraft: Teala’ stories can be read in any order, but this one happens to be the fourth overall. As ever, this is a story about Teala and her Prince/lover Wrathion, the black dragon. Whereas previous stories have been a little nebulous about when they are set (though a knowledgeable reader can infer it to be after Legion), this one is very much set during WoW’s Dragonflight expansion. As such, Wrathion is no longer the only black dragon in the world, and that can only prove a challenge to his and Teala’s relationship…

Wrathion looks like a black dragon. He should be a black dragon. He's supposed to be a black dragon. He was made to be a pure, uncorrupted black dragon.
Nothing about him is right.
He's not aging at the same pace as other dragons. He has eyes that do not at all belong to his flight. He is starting to show powers that do not connect to his flight. He can absorb powers his flight is unable to.
His creation had far more consequences than the red dragonflight could ever understand, consequences for them, for the rest of the black dragonflight, and himself.
It's only a matter of time before Ebyssian and Sabellian must find solutions for what the Flight of Life unleashed.Series
