Summary
Steve turns his head and draws his eyes up to Bucky’s, giving a soft, “hmm.” Bucky can immediately see that Steve’s eyes are glassy. Bucky moves his hand from the back of Steve’s neck to cup his face, running the pads of his thumb over the crest of Steve’s cheekbone. Bucky knows this look on Steve, knows that he’ll need to be gentle and soft for Steve.
“What do you want, honey?” Bucky asks.
“You.” Steve says, resolutely.
“Okay,” Bucky responds, Steve’s answer giving him all the information he needs to know. He’s pretty sure at this point that Steve just wants to relax and get out of his head, to relieve the stress and tension of the week.

Summary
Bucky Barnes is a Dom in a world full of ridiculous subs who all somehow end up in his care. Don't ask him how that happens, because he has no idea. But he's still pretty fond of them all
This is a mostly platonic series where Bucky became Steve's domestic Dom when they were teens, then Peggy Carter's domestic Dom after Captain America joined the war, and because he was a Dom NCO, he ended up disciplining a lot of random soldiers, too.
Then after the war and the Winter Soldier thing (which still happens in this world but he's recovered in the late 90's by Fury and Carter) he helped out at SHIELD, where he had to discipline some familiar baby SHIELD agents from time to time, and then somehow became TJ Hammond's domestic Dom. (His great nephew, of Political Animals fandom, also played by Sebastian Stan)
THEN! After TJ is kidnapped (because his mom is finally president) and recovered by one pissed-off Winter Soldier, the two of them are relocated to Atlantis (of Stargate Atlantis, because I can) for security purposes. And TJ finds his perfect man, and the series' only real ship happens.OR-

“Bucky?”
Again Bucky made no movement. The only sign that told Steve he was listening was the dip in his shoulders, and the upturn of his head.
“They said you wanted to see me,” Steve said, stepping forwards, “did you?”
Bucky looked up then. Steve’s heart dropped into his stomach, because behind the steely gaze, he could see the soft blue that had looked into his as they kissed and made love in the quiet and peace of their home, fearful of the neighbours hearing them.
Did he remember that? The way Steve clung to him and moaned? The way they kissed and kissed, the way Bucky’s thrusts would quicken when Steve’s breath hitched. The way Steve would pant and whine, helpless in Bucky’s arms, the way Bucky would whisper sweet nothings in Steve’s ear as they both came, with Bucky finishing inside him.
“You were smaller,” Bucky noted, bringing Steve back to the present, “and you…were sick a lot of the time.”

“Do you have any idea what you do to me, Stevie?” Bucky growled, his voice deep and husky, straddling Steve’s hips, pushing him down onto the sofa, pinning his arms above his head.
“Bucky, what is – oh,” Steve frowned, then, thankful that this was Bucky, not a lapse into the Winter Soldier, and he smiled cheekily, “no.”
“God, baby doll,” Bucky growled in Steve’s ear, rolling his hips against Steve’s, so that he could feel just how hard he was for him, “you’re so perfect, fuck, gettin’ me all hot and bothered. Do you even know what you’re doin’ half the time?”
Steve arched his back instinctively and melted in Bucky’s touch, in his voice, in the lips that were mouthing along his jaw, nipping lightly at firm skin, making him whine, before, “I’m not doin’ anythin’.”
Bucky tightened his grip on Steve’s wrists above his head, rolling his hips again, grinding down on the blond, both of them straining in the restrictions of their clothes, “oh, yeah, then what’s caused this?”
Basically, the one in which Steve is an oblivious sweetheart and Bucky doesn't know how to deal with that.
