The pair leaned against the railing of the yacht, water rippling as the vessel bobbed with the wind. In the distance was the sun, it slowly lowered and turned the sky pink, orange and yellow along with it. Darkness and stars were approaching the sky from the other side of the map, like small specks of glitter in a vast void.
“Keralis?”
“Yes Shashwamy?”
“I’d like to speak your language.”
Keralis paused, looking at his beautiful lover, armor glowing in the sunlight. Despite his wonderful voice there’s no way for Suma to pronounce the impossible sounds of his birth language. It’s not about the vowels or grammar- scratch that, it’s got nothing in common with player known languages.
“Shashwam, you know it’s… beyond player comprehension. I can’t teach you or any other player for that matter, you know this already.”
“I know.” X looked at him with that determined glare he’d originally fallen in love with. “But you know more languages than ‘Eldrich’ don’t you?”
