Scar is a chemistry student at a university where he bunks with Pearl, who studies astronomy. He soon bumps into Grian, a new ‘transfer student’ who is also, coincidentally, an astronomy major. He's tired, and Grian seems to be making things worse, but he's intrigued. Who is Grian and why doesn't anybody notice him?
Grian, an interdimensional being obsessed with what could've been, what might've been. He's tired, sure, and the only things he listens to are the stars, and maybe Scar, gradually. He's eccentric, unaccustomed to 'human norms', making him rather... obvious.
The two are linked by inexplainable means - the universe, perhaps, brought them together. The question is -- do they even want to be together?-- This is Scar & Grian centric, although involves other Hermitcraft members who are closely tied into the plot, some more than others (Pearl, Gem, Xisuma, Cub etc)

Summary
After fainting from exhaustion, the Hermitcraft server's Admin, Xisuma, finds himself smothered by his friends' overprotective behavior. Feeling infantilized and furious, he rejects their coddling and escapes into hiding.
The other Hermits, convinced they are acting in his best interest, organize a server-wide manhunt. Despite Xisuma's attempts to reason that he is fine, they ultimately track him down and corner him in a cave, forcing him to surrender and accept their "help," leaving him defeated and powerless against the very community he is sworn to protect.

The void is random on whether it gives or takes. For one person could gain super hearing and the next would lose all sense of smell, or in extreme cases their entire sense of reality.
The point is the void is unpredictable, and incredibly dangerous when in there for extended periods of time.
Every member of boatem came back different after the void. Grian and pearl had changed hybrid features, scar and mumbo gained cool abilities..
Impulse had vanished.
/or impulse gets turned into a cat after season 8 ending, gets lost, finds a guy called Skizz and fluff and angst ensues :D

"Finally.." Xisuma mumbles, glaring at the circuit breaker that had caused him all the pain he went through. "Now my friend," He turns to Keralis, "Was there anything you needed?"
Keralis shakes his head "Nope! I was just here to keep you company sweet face!” He says before pausing, "-Well actually I do need something,"
"Hm?" Xisuma gives a questioning look at Keralis, trying to gauge what the man was thinking.
"You need a break silly! I mean you work so hard! When was the last time you got out to the city?"
Or Xisuma is in need of a break after fighting the circuit breaker and Wels is too. So Keralis makes them take a break by making them go out into the city and somehow Xisuma agrees.
