Summary
A whimper of complaint from Micheal breaks Tubbo from his spiral, and then he lets out his own squeak of primal, animalistic fear in response, resisting the urge to freeze, to run blindly in panic, to flee wailing into the night away from the nightmarish situation before him. His vision goes in at the edges, and he lets out a breath, not quite sure how long it had been since oxygen had reached his brain. Thoughts refill the space where the panic was, and Tubbo realizes that what he needs now is Ranboo.

Tubbo experiences the apocalypse, in his own way. People die. Maybe he will too. He doesn't really care right now.

Basically, Tommy fucks up big time by almost killing himself on accident and as a last-ditch resort his parents put him into a psychiatric inpatient facility. He then learns how boring it is there, how little rights he gets stuck with and how well he can make friends. He gets worse before he gets better. Also, they're all from America, except Phil, so do with that with what you want.

Hey so I've never been in an actual facility, but I've had a few friends come and go from them as well as read up on it a bunch. I do however have a lot of things kicking up inside my brain and have been threatened to be put into one. All the mental illnesses (panic attacks, hallucinations, self-harm, ect.) are simply gunna be a reflection of myself. I am not by any means trying to be disrespectful of anyone put into these facilities, I'm just trying to put my fear of going into one somewhere and trying to make reason with my own brain. I've been getting a lot worse and will be meeting up with my therapist soon, and hopefully I won't have to write this based off experience.Series

Wilbur gives him a pitying look, but Tubbo knows he won’t help. Tommy has complained about how strict Wilbur’s boss is regarding lack of payment, and besides, he’s just a kid who Wilbur might know. Why would he feel the need to help him?
“I—uh—I’ll pay for you,” a small, squeaky voice pipes up from next to him.
Tubbo turns and nearly drops the container in his hands. The weird kid from down the street–Niki’s roommate, the whimsical, frightened stranger–is standing less than five feet away from him, holding out a ten dollar bill.

Tubbo is pretty sure that his life is going to end soon. He is a senior in high school, and the only thing he has going for him is his relatively lame marching band experience. He is going to graduate high school, get a minimum wage job, and waste away without ever leaving the town that raised him. However, just when he has accepted his fate, he meets Ranboo, a new student who shows him that there might be more to life than what he had thought.

Snowchester is a little more forgotten each season. In the winter its wood blends into the yawning maw of forest behind it, always dark and made more shadowed by rot. In the summer the snow will almost melt, and mushrooms push through the floorboards. Round purple flowers spring up in the garden with the vigor of something that doesn’t know it's dead.
In the summer it attracts amateur ghost hunters, teens desperate for privacy, and the occasional developer.
