It was bad enough that Soundwave was defeated by Optimus Prime, it was worse that he returned just in time to watch Lord Megatron suffer the same fate. It was a good thing then that Soundwave wasn't the type to be easily discouraged, one way or another, he'd free Megatron from the Autobots.

“It should not have happened so quickly,” Tigatron said, shaking his head. “Volcanoes do not normally erupt this closely together within days of each other.” His tail swished back and forth in agitation. “Did you see any potential Predacon activity?”
“None, just like the last one,” she said. “If they have something to do with what is causing this, we haven’t spotted them yet. But don’t worry, I will.”
“I know,” Tigatron said. “I trust your eyes.”
