The scientist packs his bags and marches for the door, when a familiar yellow blur catches the peripheral of his glasses.
He's met with Bill, sitting carelessly atop his printer. Before Ford is able to question his recent absence the triangle insists he comes along. Rambling on about some blow hole and speed the creature supposedly possessed.Ford happily obliged to his partners request; slightly surprised by Bill's lack of hammering about the portal.

Bill Cipher is not having a good time at the Theraprism. Being a powerless, living creature was definitely not on his list of expectations and, on top of that, he is being treated like a lesser being by both the staff and patients.
Meanwhile, Mabel Pines isn't having a good time at college. She couldn't get into the same college as Dipper, not even in a second application. Instead, she had to go to a small community college alone where she's dealing with mean roommates, hard classes and missing Dipper and her family, even though she's really happy for him.So, naturally, the Axolotl decided that connecting the two would be a great idea. In their mind, Mabel could help Bill open up, whilst Bill could help Mabel develop a bit of a stronger personality. But, as always, nothing goes like planned when Bill Cipher is allowed to interact with Pines family.
This fic now has Billford, because I have absolutely zero self control.
And now the rating changed to mature because Bill and Ford got too freaky (but at least they’re detoxifying the yaoi). Is there any hope for Bill or will he remain the prisoner of the Theraprism forever?Series

Even after all of THAT. He still cares about him. Bill thought he was insane for staying with him so he could just give him comfort and help him move on. He should’ve at least gave him a benefit of the doubt and just go with Stanley on his continuation on sailing around the world, but no. He just stayed, just for him.

Summary
The moment that Bill Cipher got his hands on a Time Wish, that should have been the moment that he won. His failure with Weirdmageddon wiped away and his victory retroactively established.
Except that when he had the power to have anything that he desired, an older mistake took priority: Euclydia restored as if it was never destroyed and Bill Cipher back home just as he always wanted.
After everything that had happened, Ford would not allow Bill to simply run off to a happy ending. When the Axolotl requested that Ford attempt to convince Bill to return to Theraprism for his own good, it was a perfect opportunity to hunt Bill down to destroy him once and for all. It was everything that Bill deserved.
Except when Ford arrived in Euclydia (with some minor changes to help him blend in), things were not quite as simple as he'd imagined. And the Bill that he found there was very different from the former ruler of the Nightmare Realm and monster that he'd sworn to kill.
