Summary
Link is the Prince of Hyrule. Although the kingdom has never had a Prince as it's heir, he has proven himself worthy. With a civil war brewing slowly, the kingdom of Hyrule is glad to have its Prince's WISDOM.
Ganondorf is the only man in the Gerudo tribe. The land of Hyrule fears him, as those who have worn his name have tried to bring about the end of the world. Despite this, he stands strong for his people, the embodiment of COURAGE.
Sheik, like the rest of her people, is a defender of the Hylian royal family. The Shiekah have lead the royal guard for as long as anyone can remember. When Sheik becomes the royal family's personal knight, the world becomes aware of the POWER she possesses.
The Triforce gets swapped around, Hyrule is on the brink of war, and the spirit of Demise can never be stopped. Takes place right before the Hyrulean civil war before Ocarina of Time, and takes inspiration from Skyward Sword and Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom.

Summary
In a Hyrule that has just entered an armistice, tensions between the Gerudo and Hylians are still high. Zelda's Triforce abilities have only recently awakened and now she's been forced outside of the castle and into the three different springs of the Golden Goddesses. She has been told it's to better connect herself with the three Goddesses and ensure that peace is kept. However, all she feels is that her time could be spent elsewhere.
Everything changes when Ganondorf runs off from the safety of Gerudo Valley and shows Hyrule that there has been a male Gerudo born after a thousand years. Swirls of untold prophecies begin to spread. Distrust rises as the Gerudo continue to seclude themselves from the rest of Hyrule along with their secrets. Meanwhile, The Yiga clan works in the shadows to bring a period of darkness using all means necessary.
When Zelda and Ganondorf are pushed together they find themselves in a pool of complicated feelings of what they are meant to be and what they want to be. As demise looms over the world, they must ask what they would do for themselves and each other; what their part of the Triforce is, and what they will sacrifice to keep it; and if they can end the cycle of reincarnation.

Post Twilight Princess. After saving both Hyrule and the Twilight Realm, life returns back to normal for Hyrule. After his adventures, Link is praised highly. Despite his accomplishments, Link is deeply unhappy in his life. He never saw himself as a hero as he felt forced to become something that he didn't want to be, resulting in heavy emotions of feeling like a fraud and living a life not of his own choosing. No one listens to what he wants for his life and his destiny even seems to fight him, making him feel powerless and trapped. While out on a mission, rumors of the Triforce of Power piques his interest. Running out of options and desperate for change, Link seeks the Triforce of Power to create the life he wants, only for things to quickly get out of hand.

Summary
Follows Chief Saiota, the young but bold leader of the Gerudo and wielder of the Triforce of Power as she fights to protect the Gerudo Desert from evil and battles time and time again with Ganondorf to prevent him from gaining power. She fights alongside Link, the hero of legend, and Zelda, newly crowned Queen of Hyrule. This story takes place 1000 years after the events of Breath of the Wild, following the next reincarnation cycle.
[UPDATED] I finally finished the rewrite! It is so much better than the original fic (also much longer), I feel really proud of it. Note that there are still some surface level plot points that are still a little 'eh' but they're so baked into the story that I couldn't really change it, but did the best I could with it.
