Summary
“Every murderer has their motives.”
The local outlaws always gathered at the Rowdy Raven for leisure. Whether it be cards, a game of darts, or a quick drink or two, the Raven was often bustling with activity. Amongst those in the crowd is an escaped convict, who now resides in the place most of the time. The most people know about her is shes no lighthearted woman to mess with, and the crime she committed; murder.
Though even she doesn’t remember much of her past, she follows the same routine she’s been following for the past few years; wake up, watch the tavern, have a whiskey or two, and leave to wherever she slept at night. And taking care of her baby griffin, of course.
As her memories begin coming back to her (with the help of old friends, of course), Dawn begins to remember all the things that shaped her into the woman she is today.
Who’s known simply as ‘The Blond at the End of the Bar”.

I caught wind of a name again in the market—“The Devil.” Whispers, like storm winds in the canyon. I pretended not to hear, kept my hands clean, kept my colors wet.
But I know what’s coming.
Nadia’s sending me out to the edge soon. To the old basin, where the Courtiers have been seen riding. She smiled when she said it.

Since I have last attempted Kinktober (successfully), but this year I am determined to return to this challenge with more underloved side characters, more concrete OCs, but just about the same amount of (consensual) bullying of my favorite character with 5 lines. Mystic Memory is a 'retelling' of one of my favorite Visual Novel games when I was younger, The Arcana- A Mystic Romance! Looking back at it now, I've noticed a lot of plot-holes, and some things I wanted to be smoothed out before Dorian came along. So, if you like a story-based, character, world, and plot exploration of the plot of The Arcana, you'd probably be interested in this story. If you like the visual, romanceable character, fanservice, part of the video game. You...might or might not be interested in this story. -
