But isn't there a rule against doctor/patient relationships?

In this Story it was Ocean who was thrown from the cart and beheaded, in this Ocean wasn't known by anyone and she wasn't the most successful girl in town. She had just come to Saint Cassian after finally managing to convince her parents to send her to school, she had joined the choir last minute, and died in a horrible accident.
