Eret had always been disliked by the town full of zealots. She couldn't fight, couldn't hunt, and couldn't tend to animals or farm land either. She wasn't worth their resources or their time. She was the prime target for being chosen for the sacrificial rituals. She had hoped that worming her way into the Temple, the source of all religious practices in the town, would save her from the cruel fate. Unfortunately, she could not run from her fate for long.

The sun emerges on the horizon, and its rays drive away the monsters. They had only needed to endure the onslaught a few minutes longer. Tío Charlie hovers over them, distressed as he presses his hands, wrapped in his belt sash, on their back to staunch the bleeding.
They can't resist the pull into darkness, into the comforting embrace of sleep. It was cold and frightening, and they couldn't see anything, feeling as though they were drowning. They struggle, choking on the absence of air and trying to do anything.
A pair of arms envelop Tilín, rescuing them from the abyss. They're pulled into the open air, gasping for breath and coughing. Tilín turns to thank Lady Death, but their words catch in their throat. It's Tío Charlie who holds them now.
"Hello, dragon from...” He hesitates. “From Not-Here,”
(Tilin is killed at the hands of Tio Charlie, so when they open their eyes, why is he smiling like that. Why don't they recognise anything? Why don't the people who look like their old Tios seem to recognise them? Why is papa warning them of a masked man?)

Jaiden didn’t think she would be affected by Roier’s engagement to Cellbit. It’s not like her and Roier were anything more than co-parents and very close friends, but you don’t realize how much you need someone until you don’t or feel like you can’t just ask for help. TLDR: Jaiden is left in the middle of wanting to support Roier’s engagement and wedding and wanting to stay close to the only person she knows well.

And Ranboo is standing in front of it all, a grin spread wide across their face. The patch of gauze is gone from their left eye, and there’s no evidence of the knife across their face other than a thin scabbed line cutting through their left eyebrow and their left eye opening just a little less than it used to. It’s not slowing them down any, though.
“Come on!” they say, pulling Tubbo and Tommy into the fray. “Let- let me show you around!”

I believe you." Jaiden looked at her friends who came after her and were caught “O-Okay.” She said and started to approach Cucurucho. When the lightning struck again, Jaiden trembled with fear and slipped. She started to fall backwards while looking at Cucurucho in despair "JAIDEN!"
