“You’re a lifesaver, Cait. You know that?” Vi said, through a mouthful of food. Her body was tense, tired, screaming for her bed, but there was a warmth in her eyes as she sat across from Caitlyn.
Caitlyn merely smiled, a soft scoff slipping from between her teeth.
“Oh please. You had a shitty night. It was the least I could do.”
Vi glanced up at Caitlyn through her mouthful of fries, brow furrowing.
“You’re not trying to bribe me, are you?” She asked. It was a joke, but there was a glint to her gaze that told Caitlyn she was prodding for more. Caitlyn rubbed the back of her neck nervously.
“Well, I have a ridiculous idea…” she trailed off, biting her lip. She took a bite from Vi’s tray, just to give her some time to back out.
“Fly out with me for spring break?
Vi’s eyes widened, her hand frozen halfway to her mouth.
“To your parent’s house?” She asked, finishing her bite without taking her eyes off of Caitlyn’s once.OR

My version of Flowerfell. Frisk, Chara, and Flowey are the main focus because I think this friendship has a (skele) ton of potential that's sometimes overlooked.
I will not be shipping Frisk, Chara, or Flowey with anybody, including each other. In this story, Frisk is seven, Chara is thirteen, and Asriel/Flowey is twelve. I will include a few scenes of Sans x Grillby, and I may include Papyrus x Mettaton, but I'm not sure.
There will be angst, and a closer look at how Frisk's health would be affected by buttercups growing out of their skin. If you don't know what that would entail, please do research before reading. Saying that it isn't pretty would be an understatement.
There will be fluff and fun and shenanigans, it isn't JUST angst.

She stumbles back a few steps when Cass bolts upright, just as startled. The girl is around Cass’ age, maybe a little older. Immediately Cass recognizes her, although her face is different. Sharp jaw rounded by childhood softness. Dark, straight cobalt locks frame her high cheekbones and bright blue eyes locked on Cass’ own. Before she even speaks in a familiar lilting accent, Cass realizes she’s looking at the younger face of her mother.
“I’m sorry to startle you,” she apologizes unnecessarily to the intruder under her oak tree. “But I was wondering who you are and why you're asleep in my family's garden?”
