They didn’t know Hood was there until Nightwing had snuck through one of the windows and saw him having a tense conversation with the traffickers who ran operations there, and then one of them- the leader, probably- had taken a threatening step forward.
Hood had remedied that by shooting him in the face, and from there all hell had broken loose. Nightwing dropped down- enemy of my enemy, and also maybe Hood would kill less of them if a Bat was there (he did not) and assisted, but one of the traffickers, by the end, had managed to set up a bomb with non-insubstantial amounts of C4. So then the warehouse had been a smoking wreck. Hood had taken the brunt of it, slamming hard into a wall, mask letting out a sharp crack, and slumping, unconscious.
And Dick couldn't just leave him.

The man behind him continued but Jason stopped listening after that sentence. He had recognized that voice. It was a voice he'd known for years. One that was also attached to a police officer that he’d been lightly stalking these past few months.

Whatever this is, if Bruce wants to play dress up and look like a fool, who is Jason to stop him.

Bruce isn’t sure what to expect when he walks into the meeting led by Red Hood. Even though his recent ‘rescue’ at the hands of Hood had Bruce looking at the new crime lord's activities with a fresh light, there was still the more pressing concern.
Red Hood had deliberately gone for and pressed the emergency beacon hidden on his belt. It could simply be that Red Hood had observed one of them using it. Or perhaps this newest criminal to Gotham just thought Batman was partial to the billionaire as some rumors suggested.
Or Red Hood knows Bruce Wayne’s secret.

How does an omega get money quickly? Like any other rising star of the supervillain world, Jason can brand himself as a worthy opponent for young heroes, and then auction himself off as a contract adversary to the highest bidder.
The thing is, he'd never expected his brother to take part in the bidding; moreover, he'd never expected Dick to win. Hey, at least the dickhead pays well, right? But for some reason, instead of scheduling a fight like Jason expected, the alpha takes him out bowling instead.
The next meeting involves a cafe; the one after that, a literal walk in the park.
And the more they meet, the more Jason is convinced his brother is actually trying to court him.
