Holy shit- was Tommy’s only thought as he stared at the intimidating building in front of him. This was it. This was what he’d wanted to do for years. He was tired of living with people who didn’t care about him- so he left. And he’d found himself here.
Sure, it wasn’t the best plan, but it was Tommy’s dream plan. He had filled out paperwork in his hand, legally stating he could join the Manburg Starship Forces. (Technically you had to be 18. Tommy was only 17. His documents said he was 18, though.)
