Summary
In one universe, Shadow, grief-stricken from his only friend's death in 1974, was put into stasis for fifty years, only to be released as a tool for vengeance by a similarly stricken man.
But, in another, he escapes from Oaklahoma to Green Hills, Montana. Thirty-nine years, he hides alone in the forest, slowly pulling the pieces of his life back together in complete isolation.
Until, one night, as he scavenges in the total darkness, a golden ring opens up a portal and a small, blue hedgehog appears, screaming for a mysterious someone.

Mobius stares at the tree, feels the painful ache in his side. He shakes his head, "This isn't about me, B. This is about him. He deserves a better ending than what he's got. I'm going to make sure that ending happens, even if it kills me."
Or Loki is a child of Thanos doomed by the narrative he was forced into. Good thing there are those who don't believe in the narrative.

Summary
Viktor has spent his entire life in the Undercity. He doesn't mind it too much, per se- he's employed, he's somewhat cared for, and he gets to perform his own research, but still, something his missing. When he meets Jayce, an overly eager Topsider that is working on something revolutionary, he wants to believe that it will do the entire underground some good. He can't be sure, but all he knows is that he doesn't mind the extra attention and funding Jayce throws his way.

Viktor never made it to Piltover's Academy and instead works under Silco, all while secretly helping Jayce with Hextech from Zaun
