Alastor is supposed to be perfect, his smile never faltering. It’s why he’s so feared throughout the pentagram, after all! Of course, certain things get under his skin, undermining everything he’s worked for seam by seam. At least he has other weirdos to help him.

To say he was too old for this would be an understatement. Link has lost everyone, died more times then he can count, fought every monster at least twice, defeated Ganon twice, and now Hylia wants to send him on another damned adventure. Yeah, quick question. What, how and why the hell?
Do these other Links seriously expect him to go along with him?Basically: Wild meets the gang but he’s old now <3

Summary
The day is going great, Wild is making pie and everything couldn't be going better. Until he ends up in a different place entirely - Namely his hyrule, Pre-calamity.
Link should have really knocked, He knew Zelda was practicing magic but he couldn't have imagined himself being swapped with himself in another timeline entirely! Now he has to figure out how to get back and/or reverse the spell before something bad happens while he's gone.
(Turns out, Zelda having time magic doesn't exactly make learning spells easy)

“Time!” Twilight exclaimed, eyes wide and a little panicked. He looked like a kid that had been caught with his hand in the cookie jar, though after a moment he managed to smooth the panic out slightly. “Hey, I, ah. I didn't think y'all would be up quite yet.”
“I've been up for a while,” Time told him with a raised eyebrow, because this was by no means an unusual time for him to be awake. “Sky hasn't been awake all that long, but he's had his tea already.”
Twilight nodded a few too many times, not quite meeting Time’s eyes. “Good! That’s, um. That’s good. Well, I won’t keep you, I know y’all prob’ly have some stuff to do, I’ll just head on upstairs -”
Bless him, he really was a bad liar.
Or: Twilight has a habit of bringing home stray animals. How different is a stray person, really?

“Really? In what way?” Time asked politely.
The woman laughed warmly, reaching up to scratch Wolfie's ears. “Well, dogs used to be wolves, didn't they? He can probably smell that I'm pregnant like all the other dogs here can!”
“Congratulations!” Wild gasped, grinning ear to ear. And the others—
Wolfie reared back from the women with a violent sneeze. Hyrule tripped over thin air. Wind’s eyes went comically wide. Sky made a weird squawking noise. Four’s mouth dropped in silent horror.
“Oh, how wonderful!” Warriors said, serenely oblivious to the chaos happening around him. And Legend?
Legend was going to kill everyone in the Chain and then himself. Because are you fucking serious.
Time gets pregnant. Everyone else notices this before he does.
(AKA: I saw all the trans!Time headcanons, and then thought, "Wait, if Twilight is his canonical blood descendent then that means..." promptly followed by, "You know what would be really fucking funny.")
