Summary
Not all men are created equal, but that doesn't mean one can't strive for greatness. In some timelines, Izuku is Quirkless and gains One For All, in others he has a Quirk. This timeline might just be the latter at first glance.
When his power fully kicks in, Izuku is shoved into a world he had zero preparation for. Levels, Classes, digital screens in front of his face. What is this, some weird video game? Either way, he must rise above his status as a level one nobody. Because the world as he knows it is about to change. And if he doesn't get strong enough, the planet as he knows it is doomed to fall to chaos and demonic incursions.

Utterly fantastic how Hachiman's inner monologue and thoughts are so at odds with what is truly happening - fantastically amazing to see how other characters (mis)interpret his actions and behaviours. Also several lovely expies! 10/10 would read whatever the author wrote.
One of the best crossovers I have ever read across any fandom. The character interactions are great to see, the developing personalities/relationships are enjoyable to read, the little 'cameos' from other fandoms are nice to try and spot.. Neither ignores nor mimics canon, but adjusts masterfully to the fusion of the worlds this story has created, which is an amazing feat in and of itself. Above all the story is just plain fun to read.

So he decides to provide the heroes with a better class of villain to help the heroes improve.

*One of the BEST WRITTEN MHA fics I've read. Excellent writing, fantastic characterisation, Fun plot changes, and humour that stays present throughout. Love the story, and arguably the only interpretation of Villain!Izuku I can stand.

But who is this mysterious girl, how did she know the fateful exchange that would be taking place on that isolated beach, and what ominous portents does her appearance that day fortell?
