Marc whirls around and it is as if a weight falls from his heart. He lets out an, admittedly very loud, breath, as he sees Vale. A bit dirty and battered, but alive and mostly looking well. And most importantly, the same charismatic and cocky smile on his face. For the moment it doesn’t matter that Vale is chained onto the wall, the small, crusted wound on his forehead doesn’t matter, Marc’s deep seated, all consuming exhaustion doesn’t matter, he is just happy that Vale is alive and well. If he hasn’t lost his snark, then everything will end up fine.
For a small second only, Vale‘s glare falls onto him. Doesn‘t slides over him, falls onto him. He directly looks into his eyes. A short flash of surprise shows on his face, of relief, then it turns into a look of disgust.-
Eventually, Marc can locate Vale with the spell. But was the cost worth the effort? Or did he gave too much energy and exhausted himself until the point of no return for nothing? Is there even anything he considers as too much when it is to help Vale?Series

Summary
Bez is waiting for his new client - who he definitely has no crush on, no matter what Luca says! - when Vale motivates him to put up the Christmas decorations. Unfortunately, it doesn't end so well for Bez and he hits his head pretty hard.
Somehow, he ends up in the lap of said client, who admittedly looks very good, and he also gets the chance to get carried by him, while he accidentially calls him his angel. But he can blame that on the concussion!

Maybe Luca was right, maybe he has a crush on him. Which is certainly unrequited.

Summary
Marc Marquez, the one giving others with his smile hope in every situation, is forced to kneel in front of those who he once gifted hope. His weakest sides are exposed to the ones who trusted him, and what hurts most is that he disappointed them, let them down. They think he betrayed them.
And now the only one smiling, is the one standing over him. Valentino Rossi's triumphant grin always evoked some special feeling inside of him. Back when Valentino was still his idol, his victory gave him incredible joy, which later mixed with pride when he was the one standing next to him and reciprocating it. Now it just feels like another stab in the back, in addition to the one he is currently bleeding out of.
All of this is just a play from him, a play to torture Marc as best as he can before he finally relieves him of his suffering and punishes him for his alleged crimes- punishes him with death.
And Marc can't help but decide that maybe it's really better this way - he gave him his heart and thus his life and so Valentino is the only one who can end it.
