Summary
It started with an aching that seemed to reach Steve’s core. It felt like electricity was crackling along his skin whenever he brushed against something. The sun became his greatest enemy. His throat was dry and his eyes ached. He was totally fine, right?

Summary
Steve gave a sheepish nod and followed her out to the waiting room, relieved to see it relatively quiet now at the end of the day. It had been a hectic few hours – Chief Hopper had brought in a starving dog he’d found when called to a domestic, Mrs Byers' dog Chester was in with a limp, someone had dragged a puppy with a suspected parvo case into reception which meant Steve had had to disinfect half the building, not to mention their existing inpatients and routine surgeries for the day, and being short-staffed as usual. Steve was tired.
So when a man in tattered black jeans and a patched denim vest pushed through the main door carrying a box of mewling kittens, Steve’s initial reaction was to sigh.
The man headed over to reception, dropping the box onto the desk and gesturing at it.
“I, ah, found these guys,” he said awkwardly.

Summary
“Can I ask you something?” the bartender asks and he licks his bottom lip. “Do you not remember me?”
“Um...” Steve scans the guys face but his brain comes up empty. “Should I?”
He sets his elbows on the bar, right next to Steve’s beer. His hair obscures half his face, but he tilts his chin so he can keep eye contact.
“I should have known the great Steve Harrington wouldn’t remember me.” He spits out his name like it’s a curse word.
When he forgets the keys to his apartment, Steve has a few hours to kill at a random bar down the street. The bartender, Eddie, recognizes him right away and Steve’s embarrassed to admit he has no idea who the guy is. After making a complete idiot of himself, he figures out they went to the same high school. This is bad news for Steve, who was a bit of an asshole back then, with a less than stellar reputation.Robin does recognize Eddie and when the two reconnect there’s no escaping him. Steve’s desperate to prove that he’s changed since his high school days, but no matter what he says, Eddie seems to hate his guts.

“All of my lines are original and trademarked, Harrington, I won’t be accused of theft like some common song writer,” Munson says haughtily, and ruins it a second later by choking on a laugh. “My lawyers will get in touch with your lawyers. That’s how you sue someone, right?”
“How are you gonna sue if all your assets are shared?” Wheeler asks with a teasing smile as she turns back around.
Tommy’s not sure how to feel about being so invisible.

Summary
When Wayne sees Steve wandering injured down the side of the road, what else is he to do but take the kid home.
AKA a post starcourt fix-it, because Steve needed taking care of, so he's gonna get taken care of.
