Not long after the Decepticons defect from the Autobots' mission of gathering the Emberstone shards, Soundwave's cassette-build program activates. All well and good, but when Starscream gets on Soundwave's nerves and the program is nearly interrupted, Soundwave decides that he's earn the opportunity to mess with him a little bit. And with the build program, he knows exactly how he will accomplish this.
