“I considered leaving, yes,” Ghirahim says with a hum, using his free hand to play with Link’s bangs. He tugs on the strand of hair gently, twirling Link’s hair between his fingers. “Couldn’t decide on returning back to that wretched woman or staying to play with the whorish hero.”

He can still hear Kazuma talking hurriedly and apologetically to Bishamon, but he pays no mind to him as he sets Hiiro down on the floor gently. He tries his best to cleanse her blight without getting her kimono wet, running a blight-free hand through her hair once they were both cleansed.
