Summary
The Night Court’s mission to Hybern has failed. Not only were they unable to nullify the Cauldron, but Lucien was forced to watch as his mate was shoved into it. Seeing no other way to free her friends and pursue the fight against Hybern, Feyre has agreed to return to Spring, and Lucien will reluctantly accompany her despite having to leave his mate behind. Lucien must now keep his wits about him as he spies upon his former friend, while navigating his worry for his mate and coming to terms with the new powers that he has, but can’t explain.
An exploration of Lucien and Feyre’s friendship and how the events of ACOWAR might have happened if they had been allies when she returned to the Spring Court. What would Feyre have been able to accomplish if she had had Lucien on her side from the beginning? This story includes the Feyre vs. Tamlin confrontation that we didn’t get in ACOWAR, as well as the Lucien vs. Eris throwdown that is hopefully coming someday, but I didn’t want to wait that long.
Sequel to Clever Fox, Part 1, which explores an alternative timeline of ACOMAF.

Summary
Lucien is desperate to rescue Feyre from the cruel, scheming Night Court and spirit her back to Spring - so much so that he ignores Feyre’s insistence that she wants to stay. But when he crosses the line and grabs for her, he finds himself outmaneuvered and overpowered, dragged back to the Illyrian camp as a prisoner. There he finds unexpected comfort from Feyre’s beautiful, very human, sister Elain, who is being hidden in Prythian due to a rising threat that Lucien doesn’t understand.
Forced to confront his own mistaken prejudices about his enemies, and the rising threat from Hybern, Lucien must fall back on his cleverness and powers of observation - and a few abilities he didn’t know he had - to stay alive. Along the way, he comes to terms with his own trauma from Under the Mountain and discovers that what happened down there is more complicated than he had imagined.
An exploration of Lucien and Feyre’s friendship and how the evens of ACOMAF might have happened if he had had the opportunity to get out from under Tamlin’s abuse and control.

Summary
This is a take on the scene ending in episode 27 and starting in ep 28 between Dieyi/Jieli and Jieli/Shangque. It is also added as a chapter to my story "In Shadows' View", but can be read as a stand alone. I wanted to post it to the Cang Lan Jue fanweek event when I saw the promt Lies + Truth, because this scene fits that theme so well.
Fanweek is coming to an end, but the fandom shall carry on!

If only the enemies she faced were the kind one could scare with sheer size and force, like the bullies of her childhood. Shangque's mere presence would have been able to scare the crap out of those. Now, the enemies were of a different kind, spinning tight webs around them, and they were impossible to fight off with brute strength. He wouldn't be able to protect her. Not this time, not when the enemy was within herself. She shook her shoulders free from his hands, removing herself from the shield he attempted to be and stepped into the woods.
“You're talking big again,” she scoffed. “If I offend my lord one day, and he sends me to dig stones in Silver Lake, how can you protect me?”
