A few months have passed since the Inquisition was unanimously disbanded during the Exalted Council. Now it is time for everyone to move on.
After their long overdue visit to Cullen’s family, former Inquisitor Morgan Evelyn Trevelyan and her husband settle into their new home. Between mabari training lessons and wedding preparations they manage to find a new purpose – or rather, it finds them, when a desperate Ser Delrin Barris arrives at their doorstep.
