Summary
From the piles of pieces and parts, the only evidence of the Divine Beasts’ omnipresent watch over the lands, rose four individuals who thought the sun would never reach their eyes, caress their skin, kiss their cheeks again. The Scholars searched for reasons, explanations, a cerebral understanding of the event. The storytellers, however, found something more mortally delicious than anything the history books will tell you.
The storytellers say something happened that day, the day the Four Champions came back to life.
The storytellers say that was the beginning of a love story.
Or, Revali and Link embark on separate journeys to find who they are outside of their predestined roles in the Calamity. Revali has to learn how to inhibit his barely-mature body with a century-old spirit, while Link must discover for himself that he is so much more than the Knight who saved Hyrule. Somewhere along the way, love happens, and neither of them know when it started.

Cheng shifts again, trying to go even further away from Tong Yao. She clamps her legs around his hips, anchoring him in place.
“Lu Sicheng,” she says, nearly begging, “I just want you. Need you, now.”

Summary
The pond isn’t far, not really, but it’s far enough that a quiet restlessness tingles under his skin as Barbatos continues quietly making a musical accompaniment to their jaunt. It’s strange, how different he is from Morax.
Obviously Xiao does not know Barbatos, but Morax would never whistle while covered in enough mud to craft an entire earthenware set. Morax wouldn’t giggle and twirl a braid as he speaks, wouldn’t speak so flippantly to a fellow warrior who is known for retched bloodshed.
Barbatos, however, is everything Morax is not. There is power, of course—even Xiao can feel it, underneath the innocent facade—but the stark difference between how the Geo and Anemo Archons hold themselves… it’s as contrasting as these elements themselves.
Xiao finds himself… not hating it.

Being sent to the Rito in the dead of winter is a punishment. Link is ostensibly relieving the longtime Hylian military attaché, so this could be construed a promotion—but for the timing.
Another birthday has come and gone, and still he has not presented. And even though everyone expects him to be appointed the Princess’s knight, one thing is for sure—the King will never select anyone but an alpha. And he certainly won’t trust his only child with someone who hasn’t even presented yet. Maybe it would be different if Link had the sword that seals the darkness, but he doesn’t.

“— Did you have to retreat?”

Summary
The calamity has been defeated and the Champions are revived on a pure white full moon. Everything is back to how it was, except not really. One hundred years has taken its toll on Hyrule-
and where has the hero gone?
Revali is sent on a quest to find Link (but not without a lot of angry squawking about it). He travels the lengths of Hyrule with nothing to go on other than a full library of photos the hero had left in Zelda's sheikah plate. As he journeys though, the question of 'where is Link' slowly transforms to 'who is Link?' because this grinning boy in the pictures surely cannot be the same stoic brick wall they all once knew.
As extraordinarily talented as he is, he finds him all too fast and the questions only multiply from there.

“So, let me get this straight,” says Childe, flinging an arm over the back of the sofa. “You haven’t hooked up with or liked anyone for over two thousand years?”
“That is correct, more or less.”
“And what’s the ‘less’ part?”
Zhongli hums and shifts his gaze toward the window, but his eyes don’t quite focus, seeing something lost in a time that Childe can only imagine. Slides his hand across the cushion, Childe brushes his fingertips against Zhongli’s and, meeting no resistance, threads them together. Zhongli responds with the barest squeeze.
After dating for a few weeks, Childe is curious why Zhongli hasn't initiated any physical contact with him. Concerned, he broaches the issue with Zhongli, only to find that Zhongli has been shockingly single for several millennia and is a little rusty on the whole "relationships" thing, and sets out to make sure Zhongli knows what it feels like to receive affection.
