Summary
Killua couldn’t shake the feeling that something was terribly wrong. The job had been simple, and ultimately below his family’s paygrade, but Illumi had insisted on it since it was the first job he’s been allowed to be on in over three months after his unfortunate ‘slip up’. It was nothing more than a way to humiliate him, really. Although, in Illumi’s words it was ‘to get back in the rhythm of things after his time off’. Laughable, honestly. As if Killua was ever going to be afforded the luxury of losing his tact or his skillset.
The job had been simple and straightforward and his target had been an idiot, so Killua wasn’t sure why he felt so uneasy now that the job was over.Orr... Killua is an assassin and after one of his missions, catches the eye of one Gon Freecs. And he isn't content with letting Killua get away.

Summary
“Let me guess. You want someone dead? Or want me to resurrect the dead? Because my answer to both will be no.” Dream stated, finally turning back to face him.
Phil smiled. “If I wanted someone dead, I’d do it myself. No, the job I have is a bit more… weird.”
This seemed to finally get the man’s attention. “How weird are we talking?”
“My friend was attacked by another witch and was turned into a piglin brute. I need you to turn him back.”

“If I asked you to write your own name, would you?”
…
Light isn’t sure what answer he was expecting, much less what answer he was hoping for in response to his words, but what he receives is far better than whatever he might have imagined.

Summary
L’s thoughts are swirling and wild in his mind, and normally, he would hide this from Light, but tonight, he is honest. He tells Light about the bells.
Light doesn’t understand. He doesn’t hear them. He doesn’t like talking about it, either, because the younger man swiftly changes the subject, face strained as he shifts the conversation away.
L knows why Light can’t hear the bells. He thinks that Light knows, too.
