Summary
In this universe, Loki never managed to complete his attempted suicide at the end of Thor One. Instead, Thor saved him and brought him to Asgardian justice, which was basically Odin saying “Hey, I exiled Thor and that worked out great, let’s do it with my other kid too.”
Only Loki’s expungement from the Bifrost landed him on Rhode Island, in a summer camp known as Camp Half-blood.Nico was having a pretty okay day before the murderous Norse ex-god landed in Grover’s strawberry patch.

Summary
Viktor’s mind is already imagining what has happened first.
Jayce is thrown back from the blinding explosion, the beam following like a hand of a god smacking someone across the chessboard. He crumples silently once he hits the hard, unforgiving stone (no, but he might have made some noise. Viktor would never know) and before his eyes slide shut, he reaches out aimlessly with his hand towards a door that now lays flat on the rubble, hinges blown off. Perhaps his rib cage crumpled and crunched the heart inside like teeth biting off their own tongue. Perhaps he put his hands up first, to futilely stop his impending doom and that is the reason for the blood on his chin, the scrapes on his cheekbones and neck. Perhaps he is breathing.
He can not be, with such a ravaged corpse like that.
Viktor can not move.—
Jinx’s explosion in the council has some different effects. Viktor is not the one who dies. But his desperation still grows with the same poisonous effect, and he can not help but point the Hexcore at Jayce’s body as it lays so still, so awfully still on that table.

This is so chaotic.
There’s too much going on, and Loki tries to figure out if he should make a run for it or not when the silver case that was in Kevlar Man’s hand slides across the floor following his fly across the room, clatters to the ground, and tips open, spewing its contents out onto the tile.
The Tesseract rolls away and stops just a few feet from Loki. He stares down at it for a long second. It’s close enough that if he moved to the side, he could easily bend over and grab it. He looks up to make sure no one is watching him.
But they are, there is someone staring directly at him, and Loki’s blood runs cold.——
Loki keeps seeing things. Thanos never left his head, and the voices and images grow until they become deafening.

Death didn’t hurt this much.Carol Danvers decides to make a pit stop on a week-old shipwreck from before the Snap. She’s tugging along Tony Stark and Nebula, who are telling her very little about what happened or why the universe just got turned half into dust.
They find a body (well, many bodies) that sticks out to Tony and he pulls the ship aside to scoop a (presumably) dead Loki from the vacuum of space.Loki didn’t think he was dead.
But he’s too weak to argue.
