How many times has it been?
X didn’t quite remember.
All he knew was that he failed every time.
Why did he even have the power to bend time if he couldn’t save anyone?X gained the power to travel back in time and alter reality after everyone placed their Trust and hope in him — like how Lucky Cyan gained her powers — to save them from a corrupt hero, much like Zero. Except he was much more powerful than Zero.
And X was losing hope after failing to save his fellow heroes and the city's inhabitants time and time again.Based on the TBHX opening song "Inertia", specifically the line "I've got to believe that there's a need for my whole existence".
P.S. The villain will be referred to as he or him, just to clear up any confusion.

Summary
Xiao Yueqing didn't hate Nice. Most times, she was irritated by his OCD. Sometimes, she stops herself from thinking too hard about his "perfect hero" situation. Feeling bad for the guy who essentially kept her trapped with Treeman would help with nothing. Yueqing just wanted to be free and live on her own terms again.
But first, why was X here? How did he know Nice? She didn't want to get yelled at by Ms. J again!
Moon's POV in Chapter 4 of The Children Are Not Okay (X Will Adopt Them), and kinda character study for this AU. You can read this without reading the main fic if you really want, but I don't think you'll like it very much.

Summary
X was, in all honesty, flabbergasted. What was this? National commit suicide day? What was with young people and jumping off roofs these days? It wasn’t unusual to save people from suicide as a hero, but it must be some kind of record to save two people from the same rooftop within an hour. And it must be a separate thing in itself that one of those people was a hero who could fly and was the paragon of perfection. Oh, the irony.
In which X saves both Lin Ling and Nice at that rooftop, consequently becoming their therapist and adopting them (none of them realizes the adoption happened).

While it was still as concerning as ever that Dazai had ghosted his gang yet again over their summer vacation, no one had any reason to be suspicious about it. He had, after all, done this last summer too. But then none of the Hounds were able to locate Dazai on the train ride to Hogwarts.
Dazai never came back for his third year, or his fourth year. George and Fred are 6th years now, and 6th years get to learn apparition...

His jaw clenches, the slightest tremble in his hands growing stronger and stronger as the man steps closer.
