Summary
Things have been breaking between Ladybug and Chat Noir for a long time, for even longer than Marinette knew about. He keeps trying to walk away and she keeps dragging him back. They're running around in circles and something - or someone - needs to change.
So when he leaves a note on a rooftop for her to find, telling her he's left again, Marinette's willing to swallow her fear and her pride to get to the root of whatever problem started this in the first place.

Nino's fairly fast. He's faster now than he used to be, and he's way more acrobatic. He knows he could climb the rough walls on either side of the alley, given a chance.
Like the kind of chance he could maybe get by throwing a bait wallet down the alleyway past knife guy.
Knife guy's not giving him that kind of chance.
Nino really wishes he'd listened to Alya.

The first thing Grian does after waking up in Hermitcraft after Third Life is wash his hands.
He wakes up, shivering even though he could still feel the heat from the desert, and stumbles to the bathroom. He turns the sink on and washes his hands, and then does it a second time for good measure. And then a third and a fourth and soon his hands are red and raw, but it doesn't matter because he can still feel the blood on them.

“It’s not like I don’t think she deserved her privacy. It’s just it felt like I was her last priority. And if I knew why, then maybe we could overcome it. But when I don’t, I’m not willing to be her last thought. You know? I always put her first.”
“Yeah,” Chat agrees, able to relate too well. He always put Ladybug first too, and he’s not sure it has ever been the same for her. “I’m sorry you’ve been so alone through this."
“I haven’t been totally alone,” Nino disagrees, holding up his phone. “My best friend has been keeping me company virtually most of the day.”
“Yeah? It helped?”
“I don’t know if any of the stuff he sent helped, but like, given what I know he’s up to, he totally had to move heaven and earth to talk to me so much, and that really helped. You know, just knowing that someone was thinking of me.”
“I’m glad,” Chat Noir said. “I wish he could be there in person for you.”
Nino sighs. “Yeah, me too, but at least you’re here."
