It was in a town far away from both Zaun and Piltover. A place where the flowers seemed to never end. Viktor had wished they could stay there forever.

There was the calm, where, generally, Suguru was happy. He was young and was falling in love, even though he didn’t want to admit it. At the time it felt impossible, being a gay kid in 2003 when your parents are anything but supportive, but Suguru persevered.
Then there was the storm. Nothing good lasts forever, and the incident made Suguru all too aware of that. How is it possible to be bring the person you love to shore when you are both drowning?
And finally, there was shelter. Because, at the end of the day, you can only get so far with no support; whether he wanted it or not.
