“You… claimed him,” Director Fury deadpanned dryly, an unreadable look in his eye. The same intimidating aura as always floated around the Beta as he sat at his desk, fingers steepled in front of a face full of disbelieving reproach.
“Um, yes, sir,” Peter mumbled, hating how he always seemed to feel like a kid about to get detention every time he was called to the director’s office.
“You and Thor are mated?”
Perched nervously on the edge of the sleek sofa across from the director’s desk, the petite Alpha gulped at the other man’s tone. “Like I said, sir, we - um, didn’t plan any of this… but we are a bonded pair now.”
“Well that’s just lovely,” Fury huffed, leaning back in his chair, “but what the hell am I supposed to do with this?”
